OHADA Doctrine

www.ohada.com, the first OHADA law doctrine platform in 2023 as part of its partnership with the Henri Capitant Association.

In accordance with the wishes of the President of the Association for the Unification of Law in Africa (UNIDA/www.ohada.com), Madam Fatou Seck Diallothe www.ohada.com site intends to become the first OHADA law doctrine platform in 2023. With this in mind, the site will publish any OHADA law doctrine article – without limit of signs – that has been selected by its animated scientific council by the Association Henri Capitant (dir. Cyril Grimaldico-director of the DIU Juriste OHADA).

The Association Henri Capitant (https://www.henricapitant.org) was founded in France in 1935 by Henry Capitant and has been recognized as being of public utility since 1939. The aim of the Association is to work throughout the world for the promotion, dissemination and modernization of the rights of the civil law tradition: it constitutes the first international network of civilian tradition.

To date, the Henri Capitant Association is represented in the unified OHADA legal space by Beninese, Congolese (Brazzaville), Cameroonian, Gabonese, Guinean (Conakry) and Togolese groups. Other groups are in the process of being set up.

All articles will be reviewed by the scientific council within 21 days and, if selected, published immediately. The author will of course be kept informed as soon as the article is published.
